✅Certified as Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety.
Achievements
🏅Coached swimmers to national championships in South Africa.
🏅Coached disabled swimmers from 2002 to 2003.
🏅Qualified for national championships in South Africa every year from 1993 to 2001, winning 1 x gold and 1 x silver in 2000.
Coaching Philosophy
: Charmaine believes in fostering a positive and supportive environment where swimmers can thrive. She focuses on developing both the physical and mental aspects of the sport, ensuring each athlete reaches their full potential.
Personal Interests
Outside of coaching, Charmaine is a qualified theatre nurse, which she believes contributes to a well-rounded approach to coaching. She is also a dedicated swimmer and has raised funds for breast cancer research by swimming 75.9 kilometer’s during November 2024.
